Fees are payable in advance. It is a basic condition of attendance that fees are payable during the registration day.
Players should not attend future classes if fees are not paid, unless prior agreement with an Advanced Football Academy staff member has been made.
Please send your child to training sessions with the standard football gear, with appropriate footwear: football boots, football shin pads, soccer ball and water bottle. Joggers and snickers are not allowed and shin pads must be worn at all times for the protection of players. There is a “no shin pad no play” policy in place.
Jewelry CANNOT be worn as they may be torn from the body causing physical damage and/or may be lost. Advanced Football Academy takes no responsibility for personal items which may be lost and/or damaged.
Note: During Summer Months, as the temperature rises we kindly ask that all participations wear a hat and sunscreen.Please ensure your child is punctual in his/her attendance at all training classes (at least 10mins prior to the start time). If your child is late he/she may be asked to sit at the side of the session until the trainer/group has finished their current practice.
Please ensure an Advanced Football Academy staff member is present at the venue before leaving your child for his/her class.
Parents/Guardians and siblings are NOT to enter the field of play at ANY time during the class. Please keep to a safe distance away from the training area. Persistent offenders may be asked to leave the site and their child may be asked to leave the Sessions without a refund.
The player must respect the trainer and other attendees in the class. In the case of bad language, violence, ignorant conduct and behavior that prevents the class from proceeding, the trainer and/or Advanced Football Academy staff reserve the right to remove the player from the class. If the player does not comply, the trainer may, in his/her discretion, terminate the player’s training class.
Advanced Football Academy provides services relating to training in the field of Football/Soccer. These include Academies comprising training sessions, sporting activities and Football/Soccer camps, and other consulting, training, organisational and agency services relating to football and training. Further information about composition of specific programs may be found on our website and/or by asking our staff members and/or coaches.
In relation to training programs and sessions, there are minimum participation numbers as specified by Advanced Football Academy. If minimum participation numbers are not reached for any program, Advanced Football Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the relevant Academy. Advanced Football Academy may limit the number of participants into any program, and may reject any applicants in its absolute discretion. Advanced Football Academy reserves the right to change the time, date, place and/or coaching arrangements or any of them applicable to any Academy in its absolute discretion.
Advanced Football Academy may change the services offered from time to time. Changes apply immediately on notification to you.
Your child must be collected from the playing area. If you wish for your child to be collected by a different person, please inform Advanced Football Academy staff of who that person shall be prior to the session beginning either via telephone or SMS/ email notification.
If your child is collected more than 15 minutes late on several occasions, he/she may be asked to leave the Training Sessions – No refund shall be given.
If your child is ill and cannot attend a class, Advanced Football Academy staff and coaches must be notified as soon as possible via SMS/Email before the session starts. Advanced Football Academy will attempt to provide make up classes on a predefined venue/day. However, this will only be done on a best effort basis.
Refunds shall not be given if a class is cancelled outside of Advanced Football Academy’s control – e.g. Extreme weather. Refunds shall not be given to those people who choose to go on holiday during term time.
Advanced Football Academy hereby notifies you that football and participation in Academy and training program sessions have inherent risks, dangers and hazards and these are inherent in your child’s participation in the Academies offered by Advanced Football Academy. These inherent risks, dangers and hazards include without limitation bodily injury, strains, fractures, partial or total paralysis, death, or other injuries or ailments that could cause serious disability. In acquiring services from Advanced Football Academy, you hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages.
Advanced Football Academy or any of its trainers accepts no responsibility for any damage to the player’s personal belongings during a training program and/or session.
Parents/Guardians understand and are fully aware of the risks associated with their child participating in the activities provided by Advanced Football Academy and participate at their own risk and shall hereby release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Advanced Football Academy and its staff against all actions, suits, proceedings, demands, costs and expenses which may be taken or made against Advanced Football Academy. In giving this release, you warrant that you understand you are releasing, discharging and waiving any claims actions that you may have presently and in the future.
We at Advanced Football Academy try to treat our customers in exactly the same way we like to be treated ourselves. In order to make your experience fun and enjoyable, we are required to set out the Privacy policies and Terms and Conditions of the service we offer.

By gaining access to and/or using the site and completing the Registration form, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
The site is owned and operated by Advanced Football Academy, and we reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting the new version on the Site, so please check regularly.
When registering with Advanced Football Academy we ask for the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the Parent or Legal Guardian of the person wishing to sign up. We also ask for information concerning any medical conditions with regards to the person(s) wishing to participate in the training and development sessions so our staff/coaches can be made aware and in case of emergency.
If you do not want your personal information to be used by Advanced Football Academy for marketing purposes without your consent please advise us accordingly via info@advancedfootballacademy.com.au.

To fulfil our obligations to you under these Terms and Conditions we communicate with you by e-mail and by posting notices on the website. You agree to receive communications from us electronically and that electronic communications will satisfy any legal requirement for communications which need to be in writing.
Advanced Football Academy may occasionally take photographs and videotape of staff and Players during classes and other Advanced Football Academy events.
Advanced Football Academy holds the right to use any images taken of your child for use in publications, promotional material and on its website in order to promote Advanced Football Academy training programs to the public.
Advanced Football Academy may use and reproduce one or more photographs of your child for this purpose.
You may at any time withdraw permission for photos or video footage taken of your child to be used by Advanced Football Academy by informing Advanced Football Academy in writing.
Due to the age of our player members (in general up to the age of 18), we only accept payment from a Parent or Legal Guardian of the person wishing to sign-up with Advanced Football Academy.
Registration to the Training Program and Development Sessions is paid by Cash or Direct Deposit. By registering with Advanced Football Academy you are consenting to your financial and/or personal information being passed to any third party organisation’s necessary to process your transaction.
If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact us immediately at info@advancedfootballacademy.com.au Prorated based refunds will only be given upon receipt of prior notice, due to reasonably extenuating circumstances, i.e. on medical grounds, leaving the country and at the discretion of Advanced Football Academy Management.
If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in other situations where you are in breach.
By reading the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies on the registration page, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policies, which together constitute the entire agreement between us.
Nothing in the Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.
